In this course for people leaders, participants will gain insight into the implications of psychosocial hazards in the workplace and the legal requirements to manage them. Psychosocial hazards have a direct impact on employee wellbeing, productivity, and engagement. Our training provides businesses and their employees with an understanding of the framework that governs these hazards in the workplace, with an overview of the processes and structures required to enable positive psychosocial outcomes.
