FAQs
Q. What happens if I don’t use all my hours in the month? A. Unused hours can be rolled over to the next two months only but expire after two full calendar months have passed. For example, if you only use 2 hours in March, you can carry over remaining hours to April. So, if you are on the silver package, this gives you a total of 8 hours of HR consultancy for your use in April. However, if you only use 7 hours in April, the extra 1 hour from March can roll over to May but not June.
Q. Can I use any of the services offered by EWS within my retainer? A. The simple answer is yes. However, training workshops are not included in the bronze and silver retainer packages—these can be provided as an add-on at the bronze and silver levels.
Q. If all my hours are used up before the month is over and something urgent comes up, does that mean I have to wait until the next month? A. If your hours for the month have been exhausted, you can choose to pay the standard hourly rate of $300/hour, upgrade to the next level of retainer, or wait until the next month.
Q. What if I want to cancel my monthly retainer? A. You can upgrade to a higher level of retainer package at any time. However, if you want to cancel your monthly subscription, you can cancel up to 30 days prior to your retainer package renewal date by emailing us at enquiries@ewsolutions.com.au
