Our leader training is a workshop aimed at educating and empowering your middle managers and supervisors to understand their role, how it sits within the business, and the impact of their actions or inaction. WORKSHOP OUTLINE • A team leader’s role in the business • Leadership competencies: communication, accountability, and following process • Know your Award –unpacking the Award provisions, which impact day-to-day operations • Key workplace issues – bullying and harassment, sexual harassment, discrimination, and domestic violence in the workplace and how they impact day-to-day operations • Managing conflict in the workplace and employee relations • Managing disciplinary matters and grievances • HR for managers and leaders – performance management, company expectations, escalating matters, providing positive and constructive feedback, and building culture • Q & A LOCATION Our training is delivered in person at your site, but if you are further than 150km from Pottsville, NSW, please email enquiries@ewsolutions.com.au before booking so we can arrange a date when we are planning to be in your area. COST The 3.5-hour workshop, which is tailored to your business, is $2750 (GST inclusive) and includes up to 20 participants.
