WORKSHOP OUTLINE • Ways employment can end • Performance management—the process and role within the discipline and termination process • Valid reasons for disciplinary action • Steps for termination • Minimising exposure to unfair dismissal/general protections/adverse action claims. LOCATION Our training is delivered in person at your site, but if you are further than 150km from Pottsville, NSW, please email enquiries@ewsolutions.com.au before booking so we can arrange a date when we are planning to be in your area.
